Hosting and server logs
When you visit the site, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical access data (IP address, time, page visited, browser) to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. Cloudflare may process this data outside Morocco and the EU, including in the United States.
Contact and expert forms
When you send us a form, we use the data you enter (and any CV you attach) only to answer your request or process your application. The data is sent to us by email through the email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to our Gmail mailbox (Google), and you receive a confirmation email. By submitting the form, you consent to this processing and to the transfer of your data to these service providers. We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless legal retention periods apply.
Spam protection
To protect the forms from automated spam, we use Cloudflare Turnstile on the contact and expert pages. It checks whether a form is sent by a person and processes technical data such as your IP address and browser information. Cloudflare does not use this data for advertising.
Fonts and cookies
This website loads its fonts from its own server and sets no cookies of its own. No data is passed to third parties for analytics or advertising.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing for legitimate reasons. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address above. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (www.cndp.ma) or, if you live in the EU, with your data protection authority.
